Non-surgical spinal decompression may be the last back pain treatment you will ever need.
No popping pills, struggling through exercise programs or risky surgery… because with this amazing new technology – for most people – they are a thing of the past. You’re about to discover the most powerful state-of-the-art technology available for: Back pain, sciatica, herniated and/or bulging discs (single or multiple), degenerative disc disease, a relapse or failure following surgery or facet syndromes. Best of all -- you can check it out yourself.
It is believed, that the negative pressure created by the decompression computer actually sucks the herniated material back into the disc and allows it to heal resulting in the reduction and possible elimination of pain.
What Are Treatments Like?
You will be fitted with specialized decompression harnesses then placed on a table in a relaxed position.
The advanced computer system is programmed with the proper amount of distraction and placed at the proper angle allowing us to target specific discs… that are causing your pain and symptoms.
The distraction force is gently increased to avoid muscle guarding and spasm. In addition, a specialized split table design decreases friction and allows separation of the spinal bones, minimizing the effect of gravity.Basically, you lay comfortably while an amazing decompression computer simulates an anti-gravity effect on your back or neck that helps herniated material return to it’s normal position and stop the pain.Patients describe the treatment as a gentle, painless, intermittent pulling of the back. Many patients actually fall asleep during treatment!
How Long Are Treatments And How Many Do You Need?
Patients typically undergo 15 to 20 treatment sessions. Each treatment lasts between 20 – 40 minutes. This, of course, depends on your individual case and is determined by a thorough evaluation.
Following each session, Intersegmental Traction, gentle spinal realignments, or electric muscle stimulation may be applied to help pain relief and speed the healing process.
It is important to note that many patients get substantial, immediate relief after just a few treatments

This gentle, non-surgical therapy can provide lower back pain relief, sciatica pain relief, and is a state-of-the-art therapy for neck pain relief, bulging or degenerative disc disease, and lumbar pain.
The gentle distractive forces of the Decompression machine helps to restore the affected area to a more proper position to improve blood flow and nutrient exchange to the injured area. You will experience several cycles of stretch and relaxation, which graduates to a peak over a period of several minutes.
A complete program targeting the function of the stabilization muscles is a vital part of decompression Therapy. Exercise and adjunctive therapies such as muscle stimulation, trigger point therapy, and whole body vibration therapy can assist in rehabilitation of these structures. Our goal is to not only help heal the disc, but to also enhance muscular control and support of the back and neck.
